Just tried for the first time. It has a light fruity/chocolate taste, no bitterness, no acidity...The flavor is almost ethereal...reminds me of blonde coffee, but better.
When you make it, I recommend two scoops/tbsp per 6 oz water, for best results
and flavor.
The ground Mañanero is the best I be tasted

While visiting Puerto Rico a couple of years ago, we discovered this coffee and fell in love with it. We order about every 2 or 3 months a supply of this coffee. It is smooth and has a great flavor. It has no bitter aftertaste. Highly recommend this coffee to anyone who is a coffee connoisseur or someone who simply likes drinking coffee.

Have been brewing Cafe Rico for over 50 years now. It is an excellent coffee. Coffee was reasonably priced as was shipping costs. Product arrived within a few days which is amazing.

I bought this for my husband after he returned from a 2 week trip to Puerto Rico. He raved about the coffee during his visit, so I wanted to have something to remind him of that after he returned home. He absolute loved it! The variety of coffees are great and the moka pot is a cute addition to our kitchen. He already decided we need to gift the same items to family for Christmas!

This coffee has a wonderful aroma and mild flavor. Although we favor coffees with stronger flavor, Don Rogelio is a great option when we can’t find our favorite brand.
