After two days of a failed delivery, I reached out to customer service to report the issue. Their response was simply: "Check with your local USPS service ASAP." I explained that this option was not feasible, but they refused to offer any further assistance. Please be aware of the poor customer service at Puerto Rico Coffee Hub.

As we thoroughly explained in our individual communications with you, this error is almost always solved by visiting the local postal office and asking about the package by utilizing the tracking number we provide. Many of our clients have had similar issues but have solved them through contacting their local USPS. Unfortunately, your personal refusal to visit the postal office limited your options and resulted in your discontentment. USPS specializes in their field and utilize multiple methods to track and find individual packages, they have many ways to help you.
Sometimes our partner USPS holds packages at the office, but as for our business, we did our part in swiftly processing your order, maintaining you up to speed with the package status, and offering viable solutions to your situation via email.

Was looking to have some of the delicious Coffee and Snacks from PR back at home. Was there in PR for 10 days and enjoyed it there but did not bring any home. I've been drinking Crema for over a decade now and it's a semi sweet taste, simple yet strong brew. I make it in a coffee urn in Expresso shots. I used to get it through Amazon Prime (canceled my membership) but I got it cheaper here and just as fast. Going to buy my coffee, and other goodies, here from now on. The variety and quality of the coffees are top shelf.
Our walking tour guide in Ponce recommended we take some of this home to Tennessee to try, and I’m so glad she did. Tres Picachos is sooo good and smooth. The touch of chocolate is divine.
After some delays with shipping because of USPS my package finally arrived! The beans still smell fresh and strong and filled my corridor. Super excited to try some new coffee options from the island!
