I rated the coffee with 5!stars since I had it before but I have not received anything yesterday and it has been a little over 2 weeks now. And PR coffee hub want me to rate it. Beside having a great taste but its not 100% made in Puerto Rico because it haves mixed imported beans from another country
I had to throw it out because it was old, was not fresh, and the cream did not taste good. On the other hand, the coffee is as excellent as usual.
Stale and smells of cigarette ashes and choclate syrup. Espesso pours lifeless, very little crema. No roast date on bag but roaster shows they put date on bag. Mazzer Philos grinder 200d burrs used.
Stale. I could tell when i opened the bag from the musty smell of the beans thy were old or stored poorly. When i brewed espresso it poured lifeless with zero crema. Used Mazzer Philos Grinder 200D burrs. No roast date on bag either.

I used to live in P.R. by Isla Verde. Every morning I would start my day by going to Casalta for coffee. They used Yaucono coffee. It was the best cup of coffee I ever had ,also the hottesy. Yaucono es mejor! Thank you!
