Thank you for your most recent shipment of Oro Coffee and Oro Espresso Coffee both whole beans.. I did receive it well before Christmas just as you promised. I could smell the wonderful espresso aroma of the beans even before brewing a cup. I had had some shipping issues at the onset but upon my reaching out to you your customer service department was very prompt in handling it. It was resolved even above my expectations. Thank you for putting your customers first. Your Oro Coffee is wonderful and most high quality.
