Free Shipping Questions
Is the shipping cost included in the price for Free Shipping products?
Yes. The price shown already includes the shipping cost, so you won't be surprised by additional charges at checkout.
Why is “Free Shipping” still a popular option if it’s not technically free?
Because it offers transparent pricing—you know the full cost upfront without worrying about extra charges at checkout. It simplifies decisions for customers and in any E-Commerce store, "Free Shipping" means "Shipping Included in Price".
When should I choose the Free Shipping option?
Choose Free Shipping if: You want no surprise fees at checkout, if you’re buying multiple packs or combos or if you want to take advantage of bundle discounts.
If I mix Free Shipping and Regular Shipping products in one order, will I be charged for shipping?
Yes, you will be charged shipping only for the Regular Shipping products. Free Shipping products remain free shipping, but shipping charges apply to the rest.
Does Puerto Rico Coffee Hub ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the United States and it's territories.
Shipping Method
USPS (United States Postal Service)
Once your order is packed and ready, we hand it off to USPS, who serves as our official shipping and fulfillment partner. At that point, it becomes USPS’s responsibility to deliver your package safely and on time.
All tracking, transit updates, and delivery handling are managed by USPS once they take possession of the shipment. Even though Puerto Rico Coffee Hub does not manage the distribution or final delivery process, as a courtesy, we work with our customers if USPS drops the ball with their service.
What shipping method does Puerto Rico Coffee Hub generally use?
We primarily ship our packages via USPS Priority Mail because it’s reliable and speedy, ensuring your coffee arrives fresh and on time.
What is Ground Advantage, and when is it used?
Ground Advantage is a more affordable shipping option that typically takes longer to arrive. Particularly from Puerto Rico to the mainland, where it will take more than 1 week. However, if your package weighs less than 1 lb, Ground Advantage may be available—because in those cases, lighter packages often arrive in a more reasonable time-frame.

How can I track my order?

Alternatively, visit USPS' website and use your order's tracking number to find your package.
When does Puerto Rico Coffee Hub provide the tracking number for my order?
We provide your USPS tracking number as soon as your order is packed, labeled, and handed off to USPS for shipment. You’ll receive it via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My order says it arrived, but I haven't received it.
Sometimes USPS marks packages as "Delivered" before they physically arrive. This is a common occurrence and usually the package is delivered afterwards. We recommend:
1. Double-check around your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building front desk.
2. Visit your local USPS post office and speak directly with a clerk, they often have internal tracking information that isn’t visible online and can tell you where or when it was last scanned.
My order is being sent back to sender.
Usually this issue is caused due to the client writing a faulty physical address. In that case, we will need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend your order back to you.
Other cases of a package being returned to us will be evaluated by their particular context.
