Café Idilio es uno de nuestros cafés gourmet de mayor calidad. Se cosecha, procesa, seca al sol, tuesta y envasa en la misma finca donde se cultiva cuidadosamente este café de origen único. Es un café puro, 100% puertorriqueño, que invita a deleitarse con su esencia idílica.

Recolectado y procesado en la Finca La Carmen, en el barrio Mameyes de Jayuya.
Grano almacenado en estado pergamino, con una humedad del 11-12 %. Se deja reposar durante 3 meses antes de ser molido. Su frescura y aroma son únicos, ya que se apila, tuesta y envasa en la propia finca, según pedido.

Café Idilio celebra los tres grandes amores de su fundador, Juan Bibiloni: el campo, la familia y el café de las montañas de Puerto Rico. Representa un reencuentro con la pasión y el entusiasmo por crear productos locales de primera calidad. Su exquisito y puro sabor es testimonio de la riqueza de nuestras tierras y la excelente cultura cafetalera de nuestra Isla. Una taza de Idilio es mucho más que una taza de café; es una celebración del amor, la tradición y la vida.
