Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase which is sent via email when you place your order. 

To start a return, you can contact us via phone 787-240-8993 or email using the links in our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will certainly refund or return broken items or items not correctly fulfilled where customers don't get the items they bought.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Lost or stolen orders
Orders reported as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) in their system are not refundable if the customer claims that the order was stolen or not received. Once the carrier is in possession of the order, customers have to file lost or stolen order claims to the carrier, not to Puerto Rico Coffee Hub. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us before you return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we make the exchange which may require for the customer to pay the shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 30 days of receipt) using our Contact Us page or by phone to 787-240-8993. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Refunds
In most cases we refund for broken or incorrect products sent. In case we require a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, which should be made within 30 calendar days after receipt, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
