100% arabic Puerto Rican coffee with fruit and chocolate notes with mild acidity. Its ecologic elaboration process is based on flotation, peeling, controlled fermentation, slight wash, sun drying, peeling, cleanly roasted with no exposition to contaminants, and it is hand packed.

Su proceso de elaboración ecológica se basa en la flotación, despulpado, fermentación controlada, semi-lavado, secado al sol, pilado, tostado a fuego indirecto, sin ser expuesto a contaminantes, sin preservativos y empacado a mano artesanalmente.
