Café del Alba is a family owned small business in the mountains of Ciales, PR.  Their gourmet coffee is sun-dried, and their roast process does not expose coffee to any contaminant or preservative.  All Cafe del Alba products are 100% hand packed in their facilities in barrio Cialito Centro and they have a small coffee shop where customers can taste or buy their products.
