Café El Mañanero es una empresa familiar puertorriqueña establecida en 2003 y actualmente dirigida por Francisco Miró en Indiera Baja, Maricao. Un lugar remoto en las tierras altas del oeste de Puerto Rico. Francisco lo hace todo: cultiva su propia plantación de café, compra café a sus agricultores vecinos, lo seca y lo mantiene en perfectas condiciones para el tueste. Tuesta café semanalmente y distribuye su producto fresco personalmente a las tiendas locales, supermercados e incluso a algunos viejos amigos a quienes les entrega su producto personalmente.
