Coffee on the way

I offer you a very good coffee,

but more than serving you in this way,

I am pleased to write for you

a verse in peace and serenity.

By pleasing you I am filled

like one who pours a fine wine;

with a genuine desire

to elevate our taste through conversation

and delight in drinking

coffee, in search of the path.
