Café Terrafé is produced in the central-south part of Puerto Rico, nestled between the three tallest peaks of the island in the region of Toro Negro Rainforest. Blessed with a varied climate and fresh water springs, the coffee trees benefit from a unique year-round microclimate perfect for specialty coffee production. Produced by Hacienda Guindaleza, Inc. in Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico.
For this medium roast, the wash process is used, which is a process in which beans are depulped and immediately washed, not allowing any additional flavors to develop during drying. The result is the perfect combination of traditional, classic flavors in the cup.
