Harvested, processed, sun-dried, roasted, and packed on the same farm where this single-source coffee is carefully cultivated, which is in Finca La Carmen, in the Mameyes neighborhood of Jayuya, Puerto Rico. Grain is stored in a parchment state at 11–12% humidity and left to rest for 3 months before milling, ensuring unique freshness and aroma in every bag.
