Café Idilio is one of our highest quality gourmet coffees. It is harvested, processed, sun-dried, roasted and packed in the same farm where this single-source coffee is carefully cultivated. It is a pure,100% Puerto Rican coffee that invites to a delightful taste of its idyllic essence.

Collected and processed at Finca La Carmen, in the Mameyes neighborhood of Jayuya.
Grain stored in a parchment state; with a humidity level of 11-12%. It is left to rest for 3 months before being milled. Unique freshness and aroma because it is piled, roasted, and packed on the farm itself, as ordered.

Café Idilio celebrates the three great loves of its founder, Juan Bibiloni: the countryside, family, and coffee from the mountains of Puerto Rico. It represents a reunion with the passion and eagerness to create world-class quality local products. Its exquisite and pure flavor is a testament to the richness of our lands and the excellent coffee-growing culture of our Island. A cup of Idilio is much more than a cup of coffee; it's a celebration of love, tradition, and life.
