Café Idilio is one of our highest quality gourmet coffees. It is harvested, processed, sun-dried, roasted and packed in the same farm where this single-source coffee is carefully cultivated. It is a pure,100% Puerto Rican coffee that invites to a delightful taste of its idyllic essence.

Collected and processed at Finca La Carmen, in the Mameyes neighborhood of Jayuya.
Grain stored in a parchment state; with a humidity level of 11-12%. It is left to rest for 3 months before being milled. Unique freshness and aroma because it is piled, roasted, and packed on the farm itself, as ordered.
