Café Don José, established in 2020, brings you a 100% Puerto Rican coffee with a quality as elevated as its origins in Jayuya, a mountain town in the interior of the island.  A selection of the best ripe beans are sun dried and washed naturally with spring water, creating a medium roast coffee where the finest palates and coffee lovers can appreciate its unique characteristics and distinguished flavor.
