I have sampled single bean varietals from all over the world and I have been very lucky in a few cases, to have done so only a days travel from where the beans were grown and roasted. Borinquen coffee has become my all time favorite coffee, moving from a family favorite in long past youth, to outshining many decades of travel and taste. Your palate may differ of course, but it would be impossible to feel that Borinquen is anything less than a superior coffee.

I am so in love with my personal blend of Borinquin dark roast and Eight O'clock Columbian medium roast.
I also switched to a French press which allows the best flavors possible. 80% Columbian/20% Borinquin...
If I could only enjoy the PR rice that our housekeeper used to cook in Aquadia...
