Cultivated in the shade at 1,200 feet above sea level, every sip of Café Hacienda Lealtad transports you through time and celebrates the endeavors and lives of Puerto Rico's jíbaros in the coffee plantations.

Every day, our coffee farmers honor that tradition as they zealously and carefully select the ripe fruits of 100% Puerto Rican coffee. Their laborious hands produce a coffee carefully crafted from cultivation and harvest to the instant you delight in a cup of this special roast.

The taste is great. During my last trip to P.R. my cousin recommended this coffee and I'm happy he did.

amo ese cafe pero para envio a EU pienso que está

Cambiaron la calidad del café

Pedí mucho pensando que el sabor era el mismo que hace 8 meses compré en PR pero el café sabe totalmente distinto en tueste y sabor de café. Desilusión

Mediocre Customer Service

After two days of a failed delivery, I reached out to customer service to report the issue. Their response was simply: "Check with your local USPS service ASAP." I explained that this option was not feasible, but they refused to offer any further assistance. Please be aware of the poor customer service at Puerto Rico Coffee Hub.

As we thoroughly explained in our individual communications with you, this error is almost always solved by visiting the local postal office and asking about the package by utilizing the tracking number we provide. Many of our clients have had similar issues but have solved them through contacting their local USPS. Unfortunately, your personal refusal to visit the postal office limited your options and resulted in your discontentment. USPS specializes in their field and utilize multiple methods to track and find individual packages, they have many ways to help you.

Sometimes our partner USPS holds packages at the office, but as for our business, we did our part in swiftly processing your order, maintaining you up to speed with the package status, and offering viable solutions to your situation via email.
