Once the grains are selected, they then go through a completely automated toasting and grinding process. They count on the machinery necessary to obtain a high consistency in the flavor and aroma of our coffee.

I am really enjoying my sampler packs of coffee from Puerto Rico. I love the small businesses I'm supporting...and the fact that the coffee is better than what I can get in the supermarket in the States! I have not sampled all three beans from this package, but so far the Cafe Lareno Cafe in Grano is dark and luscious and it works well with my espresso maker.
