Terrible experience, food safety issue

Ordered as a gift for my children and it arrived inedible and degraded. The chocolate was wrapped tightly, not wet to the touch, so this clearly happened in storage or before shipping. I can't imagine why any company would ship such obviously flawed product, especially with food safety issues. I have followed up several times with Cortes for support and had no response. Will never order from them again.
