Café El Mañanero Coffee (The Early Riser) is a Puerto Rican family company established in 2003 and currently run by Francisco Miró in Indiera Baja, Maricao. A remote location in the western highlands of Puerto Rico. Francisco does it all: cultivate his own coffee plantation, buy coffee from his neighbor farmers, dry it and keep it in perfect conditions for the roast. He roasts coffee weekly and distributes his fresh product personally to the local stores, supermarkets and even to some old friends to whom he delivers his product personally. Good but not very strong flavor.

This coffee is more on the lighter side, good but not strong. If you like to take a shot of black coffee that will not keep you awake at night, this is the one for you.

Muy bueno. Es un tueste mediano más oscuro de lo usual con un poco de sabor ''quemadito'' al final, pero agradable.
