Ordered $100 of the black bag version of Cafe Molido. The green bags were sent instead. These are of poorer quality then the black bagged version, which is what was advertised. Also, order came a week later than quoted. Reached out to company via email and phone number, still waiting for reply
Dear MB, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused by receiving the green bags instead of the advertised black bag version. We take pride in providing high quality coffee products and it is never our intention to mislead our customers.
We have noted your concerns regarding the difference in quality between the two versions. We assure you that we will look into this matter and take necessary steps to rectify it. Regarding the delayed delivery, we apologize for the inconvenience and will investigate the cause to prevent it from happening in the future.
Please know that we value your feedback and are committed to providing the best experience for our customers. We will reach out to you via email to further address your concerns.
