Managing Bitterness

I let bitterness be bold

and don’t fight against its presence, 

but try to nurse from it’s essence 

the mysteries it unfolds.  

Like a cup of coffee I hold,

I sip it to taste its meaning. 

I try to silence my feelings 

and to widen my perspectives,  

for calmness is more effective 

to foster harmonious healings.
